Depublication Request filed in Jaimez v. Daiohs USA, Inc.

On March 5, 2010, a request was filed with the California Supreme Court to depublish the Second District’s opinion in Jaimez v. Daiohs USA, Inc., 181 Cal. App. 4th 1286 (2010).
